♦ Duty Managers "Old Street" Jessi and Paula are the Duty Ladies in our "Old Street" restaurant. They train, manage and look after all waitresses, bar staff and the kitchen team. Jessi (from Cologne) has been working for Bavarian Beerhouse since 2006 and knows the business inside out. Paula (from Dresden) started in October 2009 and has a decent Restaurant background.
♦ Duty Managers "Tower Hill"Anja (right) and Johanna joined the team early 2011 and are "running the show" in Tower Hill. Both have decent Restaurant, Hotel and Hospitality backgrounds: Anja (from Osterode, Harz region) has worked in several hotels in Germany and has attended “ School for Operational Management in the Hospitality Industry”. Johanna (from Hamburg) finished her studies and moved to UK.
♦ Events & Sales Team
Hanna (left, from Giessen) and Melanie (right, from Langenfeld) are responsible for all Event and Sales Activities such as Corporate Events and entertainment parties like World Cup, Oktoberfest and Christmas at the Bavarian Beerhouse. You might speak to one of the charming ladies when you phone us - they are answering a lot of phone calls and emails.

♦ Service TeamOur charming service team - dressed in original "Dirndl" and "Lederhosen" - is trying to make your stay at the Bavarian Beerhouse as pleasant and enjoyable as possible. Our lovely waitresses and waiters guide you through the world of Bavarian beer – served in typical huge Stein glasses – and delicious traditional Bavarian food. ♦ Bar TeamWe want you to have an amazing drinking experience with our original German beers. Therefore our successful and hard working bar team is ensuring that all the drinks are prepared fast and the proper way. As German beer needs special attention all of our bar keepers are especially trained in pouring our 9 different German beers in order to ensure that the unique flavour won't be lost. ♦ Kitchen TeamOur highly trained kitchen team is specialised in preparing Bavarian food at the highest standards. Our 4 German chefs have lived and worked in Bavaria for several years and gained a lot of experience in cooking delicious German food. ♦ Facility ManagerWith our 2 busy restaurants in London it became necessary to employ a "Facility Manager". Bjoern (picture) is a genius able to fix each and every problem. He is a technician, Internet guru, plumber, builder, painter, decorator and much more. We are delighted to work with him.
